Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp berbere spice
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix the spices, salt, and olive oil in a storage container.
- Put the chicken thighs on it. Cover each side of the chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
- Cover the container and rest for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

- Turn the chicken thighs upside down halfway through.
