You can add the balsamic vinaigrette to any of your salad choices as distressing is vegan friendly. While Noodles and Company doesn’t have the biggest collection of vegan-friendly salads ever, it’s a noodle place first and foremost. So this isn’t a big downside in our eyes.
Plus, you can do the same thing with the salads as you did with the noodles and build your own vegan salad with a little customization. Choose from:

Sides for Vegans at Noodles and Company
Noodles and Company also offers some vegan side dishes, including the above-mentioned salads, applesauce, and a baguette. These aren’t particularly creative or fancy, but they do get the job done if you need a quick snack or you just want to add more calories to your meal.
Sadly, Noodles and Company doesn’t offer any vegan-friendly desserts at this time. However, they don’t offer very many desserts for anyone, not just vegans! If you have a hankering for something sweet, pick up some dessert on the way home from your local Noodles and Company restaurant. Or you can make your own vegan dessert at home, like our recipe for Avocado Chocolate Mousse.
