Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs in Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp berbere spice
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix the spices, salt, and olive oil in a storage container.
  • Put the chicken thighs on it. Cover each side of the chicken thighs with the spice mixture.
  • Cover the container and rest for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Take the chicken thighs out of the refrigerator. Arrange them in the air-fryer basket. Bake in the air-fryer for about 18 minutes at 180°C/355°F.
  • Turn the chicken thighs upside down halfway through.
  • Slice into julienne, and serve with a green salad.
