Ingredients

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 ½ tbsp feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • Salt

For serving

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill

Instructions

  • Heat the butter in a small saucepan. Then add the dried mint and stir it for a few seconds. Set aside.
  • Take the feta cheese in a mixing bowl, then press down with a fork or a silicone spatula to get a smoother consistency.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients, then add the melted butter to the mixing bowl. Whisk them until it is well combined.
  • Transfer it to the serving plate, drizzle the olive oil, then sprinkle the chopped dill on top.
