- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 2 ½ tbsp feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp dried mint
- Salt
For serving
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
Heat the butter in a small saucepan. Then add the dried mint and stir it for a few seconds. Set aside.
Take the feta cheese in a mixing bowl, then press down with a fork or a silicone spatula to get a smoother consistency.
Mix the remaining ingredients, then add the melted butter to the mixing bowl. Whisk them until it is well combined.
Transfer it to the serving plate, drizzle the olive oil, then sprinkle the chopped dill on top.
