Ingredients

  • ¼ cup banana liqueur
  • ¼ cup coconut rum
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup melon liqueur
  • 1 cup 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Candied cherries

Instructions

  • All ingredients ready? Let's begin!
  • Before you start making the main scooby snack shot, you should first make the garnish for the shot - the whipped cream. In the bowl of a stand mixer, pour in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and add the powdered sugar.
  • Set your stand mixer to medium speed for 2 minutes. Or whisk the cream by hand for 5 - 10 minutes.
  • Just when the cream starts thickening up, add in the 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Continue to mix the cream until stiff peaks start to form in the bowl. Stop whisking as soon as this happens.
  • Move the cream to your fridge to keep cool and in shape while you make the main portion of your scooby snack shot.
  • Add your ice cubes directly to your cocktail shaker. Then pour in the banana liqueur, coconut rum, pineapple juice, melon liqueur, and the 2 remaining tablespoons of heavy whipping cream directly on top of the ice.
  • Shake all the ingredients together for roughly 20 seconds or until the drink gets entirely cold from the ice.
  • Ready 4 shot glasses and evenly distribute your shaken drink into the glasses, leaving the ice in the shaker.
  • Quickly grab the whipped cream from the fridge and dollop a tablespoon of the cream on top of each shot.
  • Finish the whole show with a candied cherry garnish.
  • Serve immediately.
