In a medium bowl, whisk the cream cheese, sugar, and a pinch of salt until creamy. Scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add half of the milk and whisk until combined. Then add the other half and whisk it thoroughly. Place the cream cheese mixture in the fridge to set.
In a separate bowl, use the milk frother or the cleaned and dried hand mixer/whisk to beat the whipped cream until you reach soft peaks. Don’t over-whip it since we will beat it together with the cheese later.
Once you’ve achieved soft peaks, pour the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and whisk together until you reach a thick consistency.
Use cheese foam on top of iced boba tea, milk tea, jasmine tea, coffee, or any cold drink of your choice. Enjoy fresh or keep in the fridge for up to 5 days!
