Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings flats and drumettes separated
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
  • Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Place the wings back in the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley (optional) and serve hot. Dig in!
