- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- 8-10 cloves black garlic minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Mix softened butter, black garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap and shape into a log.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Slice and serve over grilled meats, vegetables, or bread.
