Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 8-10 cloves black garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Mix softened butter, black garlic, parsley, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon mixture onto parchment paper or plastic wrap and shape into a log.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Slice and serve over grilled meats, vegetables, or bread.
