- 1 lb pizza dough
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- ½ cup cooked Italian sausage
- ½ cup cooked bacon
- ½ cup diced ham
- Optional: red onion bell pepper, mushrooms
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Preheat pizza stone if using.
Roll out dough on floured surface or parchment paper to a 12-inch circle, 1/4-inch thick.
Transfer dough to preheated stone or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over sauce.
Distribute pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham evenly. Add optional toppings if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!
