Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup cooked Italian sausage
  • ½ cup cooked bacon
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • Optional: red onion bell pepper, mushrooms

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Preheat pizza stone if using.
  • Roll out dough on floured surface or parchment paper to a 12-inch circle, 1/4-inch thick.
  • Transfer dough to preheated stone or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over sauce.
  • Distribute pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and ham evenly. Add optional toppings if desired.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy!
