- 12 ounces uncooked pasta shapes
- 15 ounces 3 cans tuna
- 2 diced celery stalks
- ¼ cup relish or minced pickles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 3 tablespoons minced red onion or green onion
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed optional
- Lemon juice to taste (optional)

Cook the pasta following the directions on the package then rinse it and put it into a bowl of ice water to cool it down fast.
Drain the pasta when it’s cold and put it in a bowl.
Drain the tuna.
Add the rest of the ingredients and give the tuna pasta salad recipe a good stir.
Chill for an hour before serving.
