Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh spinach
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Cornmeal for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Place pizza stone in the oven or dust baking sheet with cornmeal.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a 12-14 inch circle on a floured surface. Transfer to prepared baking sheet or pizza peel.
  • Spread alfredo sauce over dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  • Add half of the mozzarella, artichoke hearts, red onion, and spinach.
  • Top with remaining mozzarella, parmesan, feta, and red pepper flakes (optional).
  • Slide pizza onto preheated stone or place baking sheet in the oven.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Remove pizza, let cool, and brush crust with olive oil.
  • Slice into 8 pieces and serve immediately.
