Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot. Turn off the heat and let it sit for a minute (the water should be set to 175°F. Add the jasmine tea leaves. Cover the pot and let it steep for 3-5 minutes, or until the tea is fragrant and flavorful.
Strain the tea to remove the leaves and let it cool to room temperature.
Cook the boba or tapioca pearls according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
In a separate container, mix 1 cup of milk and 2 tablespoons of agave.
Divide the cooled jasmine tea into two glasses filled with ice cubes.
Add cooked boba or tapioca pearls to each glass.
Slowly pour the milk and agave mixture over the top of the tea and boba.
Use a spoon or stirrer to mix the tea, milk, and boba together. Enjoy!
