- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 hot dog sausages
- 1 large avocado peeled and pitted
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup sauerkraut drained
- ¼ cup diced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill or stovetop pan to medium heat.
Mash avocado in a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Grill sausages for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
Warm buns on grill or in oven for 2-3 minutes.
Spread avocado mixture inside each bun.
Place a sausage in each bun; top with sauerkraut, tomatoes, and onions.
Serve immediately.
