Vegan Pastas at Noodles and Company

Let’s start with those above-mentioned vegan family pastas you can order right off the menu. These include:

  • Noodles and Company’s Cauliflower Rigatoni Fresca with Shrimp. Just be sure to order it without any shrimp or Parmesan cheese, as neither of these ingredients is vegan (obviously)
  • The Gluten-Sensitive Pipette Rosa. Note that this normally comes with grilled chicken, so order it without. Also be sure to specify that you don’t need any cream or cheese
  • The Japanese pan fried noodles. You can order these as is without compromising your vegan diet!
  • The spicy peanut pan fried noodles. Again, these are great for vegans by default
  • The spicy Korean beef noodles. The only thing you have to remember here is to order the noodles without beef

As you can see, there’s a pretty good collection of vegan friendly pasta dishes you can order either without any adjustments or with very slight modifications. You can also add any vegetable toppings (more on those below) to your noodle dish without any extra cost. Or consider adding some seasoned organic tofu to the mix to give yourself a little protein and some extra vitamins.

However, vegans can also check out some tasty salads at Noodles and Company. These vegan friendly salads include:

  • The Med Salad. Note that it comes with chicken by default, so order it without the poultry as well is no Mediterranean salad dressing and no feta cheese
  • The Chicken Veracruz Salad. Naturally, you’ll need to order this without chicken, but also order it without jalapeno ranch dressing and without bacon
  • Caesar salad with chicken. Order this without chicken, croutons, cheese, or Caesar dressing
  • The Tossed-Greens Big Salad. This salad option is actually vegan-friendly by default!

You can add the balsamic vinaigrette to any of your salad choices as distressing is vegan friendly. While Noodles and Company doesn’t have the biggest collection of vegan-friendly salads ever, it’s a noodle place first and foremost. So this isn’t a big downside in our eyes.

Plus, you can do the same thing with the salads as you did with the noodles and build your own vegan salad with a little customization. Choose from:

  • Romaine lettuce or mixed salad greens
  • A variety of toppings including all the pasta toppings mentioned above
  • Either balsamic vinaigrette or lemon or lime juice

In this way, you can make your own vegan friendly pasta and salad in no time at Noodles and Company.

Sides for Vegans at Noodles and Company

Noodles and Company also offers some vegan side dishes, including the above-mentioned salads, applesauce, and a baguette. These aren’t particularly creative or fancy, but they do get the job done if you need a quick snack or you just want to add more calories to your meal.

Sadly, Noodles and Company doesn’t offer any vegan-friendly desserts at this time. However, they don’t offer very many desserts for anyone, not just vegans! If you have a hankering for something sweet, pick up some dessert on the way home from your local Noodles and Company restaurant. Or you can make your own vegan dessert at home, like our recipe for Avocado Chocolate Mousse.
